Taking it
How do I take it?
Tear open the pouch for that day and take the capsule with a glass of water, with food or without. Pick a moment you already repeat every day — the kettle, the coffee machine, brushing your teeth — and keep the dispenser there.
How many are in a pack?
Thirty daily pouches, one capsule in each. One a day means a pack is a month.
What if I miss a day?
Take the next pouch the following morning as usual. Do not double up.
Do I need to take it forever?
No. Take it as long as it is useful to you. Nothing renews on its own, so if you stop ordering, that is the end of it.
What is in it
What is actually inside?
The shortlist is on the sales page — dandelion, ginger, fennel and peppermint. Treat it as a draft direction, not a label: the finished formula gets picked from the OK Capsule formulary and confirmed with them, and the real names and amounts go on that page before anything is sold.
How is it packed?
Your capsules are sealed into one pouch per day and the month arrives as a strip of 30 in a small dispenser. There is no bottle or tin to decant, and nothing to count out.
Is it vegan?
The plan is a plant-based capsule shell with no gelatin. Like the rest of the formula, it is confirmed with our fulfilment partner before launch.
Is there anything to mix or drink?
No powders, no sachets to stir, no tea. One capsule and a glass of water.
Who should not take it?
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18, or taking prescription medication, speak to your doctor before starting this or anything like it. Stop taking it if you feel unwell.
This is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
Shipping
What does shipping cost?
Nothing. Shipping is free on every order.
How fast does it arrive?
Each pack is made up to order rather than picked off a shelf, so orders usually ship within 3–5 business days. You get a tracking email the moment yours leaves, and delivery time after that depends on where you are.
Where do you ship?
Shipping regions are set at checkout. If your address is not accepted there, we do not ship to you yet.
Refunds and orders
What is the money-back promise?
Take it daily for 30 days. If your mornings do not feel any lighter, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the order. You do not need to send the pack back.
Will I be charged again next month?
No. This is a one-off order for one 30-day pouch pack. Nothing subscribes you to anything.
Can I change my address after ordering?
Reply to your confirmation email as soon as you can. If the pack has not shipped, we can change it.
My order never arrived.
Email hello@lessbloated.com with your order number and we will chase it or send a replacement.
