Ordering

An order is confirmed when we send you a confirmation email. Prices are shown on the sales page and are set in the site configuration; the price you see at payment is the price you pay. If something is priced or described wrongly, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Payment

Payment is handled by our payment provider inside the checkout panel. We never see or store your card details. Taxes, where they apply, are calculated at payment.

Shipping

Shipping is free. Packs are made up to order by our fulfilment partner rather than picked off a shelf, so orders usually ship within 3–5 business days, and you get a tracking email when yours leaves. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you when the parcel is delivered to your address.

Refunds

• Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will refund the order
• You do not need to send the pack back
• Refunds go back to the payment method you used
• Anything beyond 30 days is at our discretion — ask anyway

Using the product

This is a food supplement, not a medicine, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Do not take more than one capsule a day. It is not for under-18s. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking prescription medication, speak to your doctor first. Stop taking it if you feel unwell, and get medical advice if you need it.

The text, layout and design of this site belong to us. The sample testimonial, the draft ingredient shortlist, the draft pack artwork and these placeholder policies are labelled as such and are not statements of fact. Liability

We stand behind what we sell, and we will always refund an order that is not right. Beyond that, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.
